Late policy

We are so fortunate to be extremely busy grooming all of your lovely dogs, however lateness on arrival and collection can cause frustrations and difficulties around our appointments. 

To avoid this becoming a problem, please note that late charges will apply to customers where necessary. 

Anyone more than 10 minutes late will be charged £20 and more than £30 minutes late will be charged £60. Repeat occurrences will result in customers being removed from our client list.
